I would love to join your co-ed or all female team. I am a 31 years old professional female. I grew up in Bellingham, but currently live in Seattle. I have completed a bunch of marathons and triathlons and am currently in decent shape. I probably run about a 7.15 minute mile and I am unsure how fast I am on the bike at the moment. I usually place in the top 25% of tri's (if that helps to figure out my athletic shape).
