the second question is weather or not a Futura II surfski can be
used in the kayak leg. the surfski is more of a touring than a sport boat
as it has two storage compartments.

The Futura II can be used in all the divisions except the recreational. At
19 feet long, it would need to be 21.6" wide. (It is only 20" wide now)
