The rules state that no pre-runs are allowed because some of the course is on private property. However, all the dike trail, from Hovander Park to Marine Drive is County Park Trail, not private. The only private property is under the overpass at Marine Drive & also under the bridge at Eldridge. Therefore, I believe a person should be able to ride most of the route legally, w/o fear of disqualification.
