Free Use of Kayak

I would like to offer the free use of my kayak, paddle and PFD to someone who needs it for the race. It is a sit on top 14 foot, light weight decently fast kayak and the PFD is size XL. THe yak is stable in the bay. I think I would require a fully refundable deposit of some kind to let it go. Just wanting to help out!
